What it is
People Also Ask, usually shortened to PAA, is the expandable question block inside a Google results page. Open one row and Google reveals a short answer drawn from a web page, a link to that source, and often more related questions. It is a live map of the follow-up questions searchers ask around the original query.
Use it for research and page structure. If several questions belong to the same reader need, answer them under plain-language H2 headings on one page. Put the direct answer first, in a self-contained paragraph, list, or table, then add the qualification below. That format helps a passage stand on its own whether Google quotes it or a reader scans it.
There is no PAA schema type and FAQPage markup is not a ticket into the box. The questions, sources, and order can change by query, location, and time, so copying one snapshot into twenty thin articles is a fast route to overlap. Group questions by intent, write for the durable need behind them, and remember that an answer complete enough for the box may earn visibility without earning the click.
Ask AI for it
Use the live Google People Also Ask box for [query] to restructure this page. Collect the visible questions after expanding the first four rows, deduplicate paraphrases, and cluster them by search intent. Add only the clusters that fit this page as literal <h2> questions. After each heading, write a self-contained 40 to 60 word answer before any detail, using an HTML <ol> for steps and a real <table> for comparisons. Keep claims supported by the supplied sources, preserve the page's voice, and list questions that need a separate page. Do not add FAQPage JSON-LD merely to target PAA.
