Brand kit / brand asset kit
The download you hand press, partners, and contractors: logos in every format, hex codes, fonts, and the short list of rules.

What it is
The bundle you hand to anyone outside the team: press, partners, conference organizers, the contractor building your integration page. Contents are boringly predictable, which is the point. Logo suite in SVG and large PNG (full color, reversed, one-color), square and circle safe avatar crops, color values in hex, RGB, and CMYK, typeface names with a link or license note, and a one-page summary of the usage rules.
Reach for it the first time a third party needs your logo. The alternative is someone right-clicking a 280px header image off your site and stretching it onto a banner. Publish it at a stable URL (/brand or /press) and link it from the footer so nobody has to email you for it.
The real failure mode is staleness: an old kit ships your previous logo for years after a refresh, so date and version the download and kill old links. Include SVG for people who will scale it and a big PNG for people whose tools cannot open SVG. And do not gate it behind a form if you actually want press to use it.

Build a public brand assets page at /brand from [ASSET DIRECTORY], [VERIFIED COLOR VALUES], [FONT SOURCES AND LICENSE NOTES], [USAGE RULES], and [VERSION DATE]. Package the supplied files into a downloadable ZIP and expose the specified SVG and PNG downloads (full color, reversed, one-color, icon-only), shown on both light and dark swatches. Render the color palette with copyable values exactly as supplied, list the fonts with their weights and source links, and add a short 'usage' block covering clear space, minimum size, and three don'ts taken from the supplied rules. Show the version number and last-updated date, keep every asset downloadable without a form, and do not synthesize missing logos, licenses, or color values: list them as missing.
